We may be looking forward to Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations but there is a lot to celebrate also, after Eid, for the TV drama audience.
A heavy-duty lineup of dramas is about to premiere on Geo Entertainment promising star-power and original, interesting storylines. Featuring a range of popular stars, the content is diverse and the trailers promise plenty of entertainment designed to captivate audiences.
Here’s the lineup:
Humrahi, veritably one of 2026’s most awaited dramas, will be bringing back Danish Taimoor and Hiba Bukhari’s hit-pair to TV sceens again.The drama premieres right after Eid and the excitement is palpable – the episodes are yet to air but the promotional teasers have already hauled in more than 50 million views on YouTube!

Khush Naseebi, premiering on 24th March, features a mix of veteran and younger actors, including Osama Tahir, Syeda Tuba, Ahmed Randhawa, Rimha Ahmed, Javed Sheikh and Munazzah Arif. With the teaser introducing the drama’s story as a ‘journey of fate’, audiences can expect a feel-good story about finding one’s soul mate.

Rang De, premiering on the 24th of March, stars Sunita Marshall, Sabeena Farooq, Shehzad Sheikh, Sohail Sameer and Azfar Rehman in a story that promises to grip and also give out strong messages related to widowhood, divorce and the bond between a mother and a daughter.

There is more to come later. But the weeks after Eid appear to be power-packed on TV, with audiences turning towards Geo Entertainment to watch dramas that vary from love stories to socially relevant narratives, offering emotions, engagement and memorable storytelling.
